We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges based on the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@pantheontkd.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-21 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating the return. We will send out the replacement item once the returned item has been received.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@pantheontkd.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be on us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above guidelines.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
